Providing Event Medical Services since 2018
From humble beginnings in Regional NSW, Get First Aid started as a small two-person operation with Ryan and Alison at the helm in June 2018. Since then, we have grown into a highly respected team of over 85 clinical staff across NSW, ACT, and QLD, able to accommodate large national events.
Our growth and dedication have been recognized with the Excellence in Large Business Award in 2025, a testament to the high standard of service we provide.
We are proud to have expanded our services to support some of the biggest events across the country. Get First Aid is here to ensure your event runs smoothly and safely. Book now to secure the award-winning care your event deserves!
Is your event a little smaller?
That's ok, we would love to advise you and provide the event medical support you need.
We are known as the local event medical team

Get First Aid boasts a team of over 85 dedicated staff members, ensuring your event is thoroughly covered. Every staff member is required to undergo a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check before being permitted to attend your event.
Our operations team is led by Ryan, who brings over 14 years of clinical experience and a range of professional qualifications, and Alison, who has more than 10 years of business management experience and qualifications in both health and business.
We are proud to have expanded our services into New South Wales (NSW) and Queensland (QLD), offering even greater coverage for your events.
Medical Response Vehicles
Our medical response vehicles are vital in ensuring patient safety during emergencies. Staffed by highly trained medical and first aid professionals, these specialized vehicles are equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment, enabling immediate care and safe transportation to awaiting ambulances or Medical Tent at your event.
The prompt arrival of our vehicles allows for rapid assessment, stabilization, and the initiation of life-saving interventions on-site.
Equipped with advanced medical tools, such as cardiac monitors, defibrillators, and life support equipment, our vehicles ensure continuous monitoring and treatment during transport, optimizing patient outcomes.
With our skilled healthcare staff onboard, effective communication and coordination are maintained throughout the transfer process, minimizing delays and improving the chances of survival in critical situations. The integration of these vehicles into the emergency response system enhances community resilience and highlights the significance of fast, efficient emergency medical services.
